On December 7, Yamaha Canada Music and Cosmo Music presented a workshop at the University of Toronto Faculty of Music, with saxophone virtuoso Jeff Coffin.

Representatives from Yamaha included Chris Reesor & Steve Butterworth from the Winds, Strings & Percussion Department.  Scott Trowbridge of Cosmo Music was on hand to display selection of Yamaha saxophones. 

Jeff gave a very engaging clinic, which covered many aspects of musical performance, ideas and concepts. 

At the end of the two-hour workshop, Jeff had three blackboards filled with valuable information for the students to take away and digest. 

Over 60 students and staff attended this event.
