| The YSP3000 has a powerful and efficient digital amplifier built in that powers the 21 beam drivers and two woofers. There is no need to purchase an additional amplifier or receiver, so the system is compact and economical. |
| HDMI provides the transmission of digital multichannel audio and high-definition video signals via a single cable. The YSP3000 has dual HDMI inputs and one output. The dual inputs let the user connect two different sources, such as a DVD player and a set-top box. The output supports 1080p/24Hz and 60Hz video signals, so they can be throughput to a monitor for enjoying high definition video quality. |
The YSP3000 comes equipped with a rear panel port that easily connects

Sound Modes |

YSP Digital Sound Projectors take advantage of your walls to create true multi-channel surround sound. The My Surround mode provides surround sound without reflecting the beams off the walls. It is handy for rooms where for some reason the walls can not be used well and delivers a good surround effect when listeners are close to the unit. My Surround uses a combination of DiMagic and Yamaha technology.
The My Beam setting focuses the sound at a specific listening position, so even in noisy surroundings you can hear dialogue and other sounds clearly. Sonic sensor means that My Beam can be selected with the remote control from almost any angle.
There are also five other selectable beam settings: 5 Beam, 3 Beam, 3 Beam + Stereo, and 2ch Stereo and 5ch Stereo that outputs stereo sources from all of the 5-channel beams, providing a more expansive sound field. |

FIVE BEAM MODE
All five channels - Left, Right, Centre, Left-surround and R-surround - are given separate orientations. Sound is beamed off the walls to create the effect of a surround system with rear speakers. |

STEREO MODE
The left and right woofers, with the multiple beam speakers acting as tweeters, reproduce the effect of conventional stereo speakers. |

THREE BEAM MODE
Three beams are produced: Left and Left-surround, Right and Right-surround and Centre. A surround sound effect is created by reflecting the sound off the walls. |

THREE BEAM + STEREO MODE
The Left and Right channels are produced using stereo mode while Centre, Left-surround and Right-surround are produced using beaming. This mode is effective when the YSP-1 placed in a corner. |

FIVE CHANNEL STEREO
Five beans are produced: Stereo sources are output from all of the 5-channel beams, providing a more expansive sound field. |

MY SURROUND
For open-concept rooms where walls are in short supply. My Surround provides great surround effect without reflecting beams off the walls. |

MY BEAM
One beam is produced: Sound is projected to a distinct location to allow for private listening without the headphones at the touch of a button. |
